A 21 year old guy had worn a pair of contact lenses during a barbecue party.(An event or meal at which food is cooked outdoors over an open grill or fire)
While barbecuing he stared at the fire charcoals continuously for 2-3 minutes.
After a few minutes, he started to scream for help and moved rapidly, jumping up and down.
No one in the party knew why he was doing this?
Then he admitted into the Hospital, the doctor said he’ll be blind permanently because of the contact lenses that he had worn.
Contact lenses are made by plastics, and the heat from the charcoal melted his contact lenses.
DO NOT WEAR CONTACT LENSES WHERE OVERHEATING AND FLAMES ARE CONCERNED…. OR WHILE COOKING…!
Spread this around because this sounds terrible as fuck!
Military knew this shit for YEARS… Shame he didn’t know this at the time :(
Acceptance Speech: Yeah, that just happened. That’s a thing. I was watching a movie last week that had this unbelievable line. I’ve heard it, I’ve seen it, I’ve probably said it a million times, but this kind of thing is something you dream about. I make music, but I live it, I breath it. It’s all I do, it’s all I know, it’s all I’ll ever know, and I wanna know. And being included in this group of people is pretty stunning, as you can tell by the quivering of my voice and complete nerves that I’m fighting every second. But there is this line that happiness is only good if it’s shared and it’s cool because music is want I get to do but I get to go on the road with some amazing people in the world. Some of my favorite musicians, my road crew, verybody that’s on my team, and since I’ve moved to Nashville I’ve met the best people in the world who let me do what I do, they believed in me amd share this music every night with the people watching, the fans. You guys are amazing. Thank you. Thank you so much. God bless you CMT for letting me do this and like I said, I’ve got a beautiful team of people who believe in me and since the first moment I stepped into the studio to introduce myself they’ve accepted me, so a huge thank you to Country Radio, everyone of my team, I love you, your my family, you’ll always be my family. An dto the fans; you guys are the best friends I could ever have. God bless you. Thank you so much.
Press play and enjoy fuckers.
At first I’m just like “it’s fucking clapping, I don’t ca-” and then he began to sing and I took in such a deep breath my uncle had to make sure I was ok.
